Discover forgotten bits of history in the local area—the story of a park's creation from populated land on the east coast of the United States. Who lived on that piece of property before it became a park?
Cecilia Lynch is a park ranger of interpretation for the National Park Service at Prince William Forest Park, Triangle, VA. Lynch has a bachelor’s degree from William Penn University in Oskaloosa, Iowa. She is retired from the US Army Reserve. She is a certified interpretative guide. Lynch strives to promote our public lands and to preserve the cultural resources of our nation.
