In June 1944 our "Greatest Generation" bo
arded their vessels and sailed across the English Channel into fortified Europe. Seventy-four years later in June 2017, Bart and Carolyn Kramer joined World War II historian Dennis Ross on an escorted tour of four European countries, WWI and WWII battlefields, and the cities of Reims, Luxembourg, Frankfurt, Nuremberg, and Munich, among others. Come join them as they review the history, architecture, and sights covered in this
12-day tour.
Bart Kramer received his bachelor's degree in physics and math, and his master's in education from George Mason University. He received his doctorate in education from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. After retiring as an administrator with Fairfax County Public Schools, he established the travel agency, Bart’s Time For Travel, LLC.
