Unravel and clarify the mysteries of the latest tax developments that affect your 2018 and future years’ strategies for minimizing your tax burden. The class will cover changes for individual income and estate taxes including: tax rates, standard vs. itemized deductions, personal exemptions, medical costs, mortgage and home equity line of credit interest, state and local income and property taxes, charitable donations, investment advisory fees, casualty and theft losses, wealth transfer taxes (estate and gifts), educational accounts, alimony, and Roth/IRA conversions. If time and interest allow, changes in business taxation can also be discussed. Maneuvers and strategies to minimize your taxes will be presented. Bring your questions to share!
