This course will discuss the five benefits to pre-planning your forever resting place by addressing the following topics: 1) Selecting Your Forever Resting Place. The significance of the burial location and the influences in making the choice will be discussed; 2) Celebration of Your Life. How unique was your life? How would you like to be remembered? How do you plan your memorial celebration ahead of time so your family can grieve properly? Wills provide guidance but do not address end of life arrangements. How can you eliminate the emotional stress of "at need" arrangements?; 3) Lasting Protection for Your Loved Ones. What does it really mean to protect surviving spouses and children today versus "after the fact"?; 4) Taking Advantage of Today's Prices. We’ll take a look at costs associated with the death industry over the last 25 years and locking in today's prices. There are different payment options versus paying all at once, and having your own arrangement versus relying on an insurance policy; 5) Ensure Your Wishes Are Met. The Caring Decisions planner will consolidate your arrangements, organizing your choices through clear instructions.
