How about a sandwich and fries with a serving of intrigue on the side? Join your OLLI friends on a visit to the internationally acclaimed Spy Museum, followed by a delicious lunch at the popular District ChopHouse and Brewery. Your day will start with a self-guided tour of the Spy Museum, entering the shadowy world of espionage to see the largest collection of international intelligence artifacts on public display. Learn the tricks of famous spies, as well as the strategies and techniques of men and women behind some of the most secretive espionage missions in world history. After two hours at the museum, decompress with friends, share observations, and enjoy a tasty prix fixe lunch at the nearby vintage District ChopHouse. The meal includes a choice of three lunch options with a non-alcoholic drink. For aficionados of craft beers, the restaurant also sells handcrafted beers brewed on-site for an additional charge. The bus will leave promptly at 9:00 from Fair Oaks Mall parking lot No. 57, which is outside the circular road in front of ManTech Corp. Please be on the bus no later than 8:45. The bus will leave downtown at 2:00 to return to Fair Oaks Mall at approximately 3:00. The fee of $72, payable to OLLI at time of registration, covers the museum ticket, lunch with non-alcoholic drink, bus fare, and driver gratuity. Registration for this event is on a first-come, first-served basis.
