In this course four movies will be shown: God's Outlaw by William Tyndale (Tyndale's translation of the Bible into English led to intrigue, cold-blooded betrayal, and death); War Room (prayer changes lives); Breakthrough (a dead boy is brought back to live by the Holy Spirit); and Facing the Giants (inspiration for the game of life).
Jim Cantwell is chair of the OLLI Philosophy and Religious Studies program planning group and has taught numerous courses at OLLI.
